We have all different cases, different background and career. Still we are almost reaching the end of the six months period. Good news is this points out that this is a systemic issue, not a personal problem.
For your case particularly, Andre, I assume you will get your PPR in this week. I hope I am right, both for you and for us all.

You are probably right, it's not one person's problem, but the wait is horrible,I was planning to land in april I 've already passed the 6 months mark since two weeks and my status is the same since October. Hope this ends soon
It's been 6 months and 14 days for me since my AOR, I haven't received the PPR yet. Last update on my profile was in November and since then nothing. I was asked for family information and travel history even though I did provide my travel history initially. I've raised the CSE but nothing so far. I also called CIC multiple times but did not really get any solid answer however they told me to wait until 3rd April. A friend of mine is in the same boat his AOR was 7th Sept a few days after me. We pretty much call CIC every other day and they tell us the same answer to wait until 3rd of April. My friend's work permit expired and he applied for BOWP in Dec/Jan, it took him 58 days to receive that. I really don't know what's going on with CIC, we just have to wait a little longer I guess.

Thanks for sharing your information. It's interesting to know a special date April 3rd. Do you mean both you and your friend got the answer mentioned the same date April 3rd? I'm on the same boat here, already crossed the six months line.

Yes both of us got the exact same answer. I did not ask much about the date but my friend asked why 3rd? why not 5th or something else? He did not get an answer for that. I hope I get the PPR soon but if not at least I have a date.

Well might be something to do with the financial year there. Hopefully they haven't stopped sending PPRs till then :-[
Have only seen some BC changes reported lately.
