Hi everyone! Silent observer here - got my PPR today from the Vienna visa office. Here are the timelines:

PNP Outland - Ontario French Stream
AOR: 16 Jan 2017
Medicals passed: 6 Feb 2017
BG NN-NS: 6 Feb 2017
ADR: 15 Feb 2017 (Travel history)
BG NS-NA: mid February
GCMS notes produced on 3 May 2017 indicated no movement since Feb apart from the travel history being added to the file end of March
PPR: 29 Jun 2017

PPR came as an email notification telling me that there is a new message in myCIC account. It was sent at 4.15 am EDT.

There were no visible updates in my account since mid February and then the PPR email came out of nowhere, with little warning. Hope this helps you and wish you all to have your PR approved soon and all the best in Canada.

Just received my GCMS notes and it says:


Eligibility: Recommanded Pass
Seciruty: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medicals: Passed

Notes at the end says: I have verified this application under Section 11.2 of the IRPA and make the following determination. Recommendation: ***Appears to meet requirements***Ready to Finalize

What's the meaning of above note?? Please reply!

After in depth analysis of your post I think it means that the agent who added that note thinks that you appear to meet requirements and your file is ready to be finalized.

Don't worry, things are looking good. You should see PPR email soon.

CIC has indicated a period of 6 months for processing after which you can ask for an update. Most applicants are being processed before and/or within that time frame.

Hello Experts,

My details below:

OINP Outland
AOR: 09 Jan 2017
Medical : Passed
BG: 17 APR 2017 >> We are processing your background check..... (No change since then)

I haven't done upfront RPRF payment and inquired CPC OTTAWA for status updates on my application.
CPC OTTAWA responded today stating "We have now concluded processing your application and it has been transferred to NDVO"

• Could you please advise, if this is heading in right track Or do i still need to wait for long time to hear good news?
• Any chance of rejection at this stage?
• Does transfer application to local VO means, security and criminality check has successfully completed?

Please help understand the response from CPC OTTAWA, i have less than 10 days left to complete my 6 month and still waiting.

Hi Guys. So I received my GCMS notes earlier today. Applied for them 31st May 2017 through getgcms.com. Got them today June 29, 2017. The notes were generated June 12, 2017. I might order for another that would capture all of June and July. Eligibility passed. Criminality passed. No Concerns... Security Not Started....confusing. It also says "Ready To Finalize".
Primary Office - London
Secondary Office - Accra
File transferred to London since May 18, 2017
Reason for transfer - work load redistribution
Awaiting review in London... sigh

I have seen most of Ontario PNP Inlands getting PPRs but nothing for BC PNPs.
