Well you are right , that he recommends it for a second opinion in regard to the proof of fund. And on the very next day my file has been transferred to my Delhi Visa Office. I'll prefer to wait and watch as I think if the delhi visa office wants to inquire regarding the same, they may inquire from the bank.
Banks are not authorized to disclose any account related details of a customer to any 3rd party. This is as per basic Central Bank rules of any country.
Hence i would suggest be proactive and raise a request from your side.
Bdw, how much money did you show in your application and in your FDR?

As per INR it is more than 7.50 lakh... Which seems more than $12164 or as per current settlement fund i. e. $12300.
Since, I work in a bank, there are many times when we get an inquiry from immigration offices in regard to applicants FDs and funds statement. And when we receive a call from Immigration department we have to verify the things regarding the funds which the officer ask us.
Therefore, I feel that may be if they will inquire further regarding funds than the bank can verify the same. Also, I have submitted a bank letter from bank which shows that the FD can be encashed immediately.
Currently my bg check is in progress and is in delhi visa office. Ill order gcms again in the first week of July

Could you please explain if I still have to raise regarding the gcms. What should I do? Do you mean CSE? If yes, how should I raise a CSE and what kind of questions could I input there. I really will feel thankful to you and @serious_assistance for guiding me properly that how and what should be written in the CSE so that I do not put myself in more trouble in between there verifications.
I mean a proper format of what and how to do will be helpful.
There are hardly any PPR mails reported this week by any of the members. Apparently there has been no draw since May 31st as well, seems like CIC is occupied elsewhere.

You can try raising a CSE here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
Click on Tell Me More and answer the questions. Since your file has been transferred to NDVO, you can direct the question to them. Tell them that you received your GCMS notes and noticed that there is uncertainty regarding your POF. Explain to them that you believe the POF provided should be sufficient and that if they require an updated statement of account, you can provide it (there is no way upload documents via the web form). Then just wait to see if they respond.
I've never raised a CSE so I am not sure what will happen once your message is sent.

That is what I have doubt on. Raising a CSE once Ive received the GCMS is good or not? I also want to mention here that previously my Review of Additional Documents used to show - We need additional documents to process your application. And while checking my application today I noticed that it shows now - We do not need any additional documents from you.
Thanks dear. I'll try to see what could be done. But thank you for giving me an idea that if I decide to write a CSE, in what way I can write it to them. How about getting another gcms notes in the first week of July??

You can either just fill in the CSE form online or order new notes or simply just wait to see if anything happens. The fact that your application has moved onto your VO is positive and I think if there was a problem, you would have already known about it by now.
That could be related to the error that the myCIC accounts faced during the last upgrade. It probably means that they have now corrected the problem.

is there a way to check this? Or is the only way to know by physically taking notice of each change every time? I haven't done that I have no idea when things like my medical and BG were changing and updating. I know they have changed over the course but I haven't noted any of the information....
