As silly as this sounds, I feel like my request for, and the generation of my GCMS notes caused CIC to look at my app and encouraged movement. I noticed that just after I submitted GCMS request, there was movement on my file. They then requested the information release doc, which after I submitted that, there was more movement on my file. Then, the day after my GCMS notes were generated, I got RPRF. Now these my be coincidence, but I feel like someone had eyes on my app more times because of my GCMS request.
It is not silly but true. Have heard other similar cases too. Even when you order GCMS notes from MyImmigrationTracker, they have a note saying the same thing which historically has been proven again and again. The reason is, when GCMS notes are ordered, the officer HAS to open your file to process notes. Hence in the same breath he/she may do something more on your file which would have been pending since months.
Is there any pattern for who receives PPR via email and who will receive it in CIC account?

Guys my application clocked 5 months today. File transferred to London Visa Office on June 2. Medical passed since February. Background Check still N.A.. sigh...the wait is harrowing.
