Hello Everyone. I am a November 2016 applicant and I'm unlucky enough to still be waiting for PPR (almost 7 months after AOR). I am posting my question here because the November thread is almost dead as almost all the other applicants have already received their PPR and have moved on.
When I logged in to myCIC this morning, I noticed a few changes. They have listed "UCI" now, and there is a new field about bio-metrics. As for additional documents, some 20 days ago CIC asked for a new form (Family Information IMM5645) which I uploaded the same day, and up until yesterday, it was showing that the requested document was uploaded. However, now it says (We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details). However, I have not received any new messages and when I go to (View Submitted Application), there is no place to add any document. Is that normal glitch (since the system was upgraded yesterday) or should I contact CIC to ask them what new document they want?
it is still a system glitch and CIC put a note that their online process is experiencing a bit of delay.. i think your correct application status will reflect today. if not, by tomorrow, you shd email them.

But there is no column for additional documents to be uploaded. Infact, I don't even know what documents are required. I checked my view submitted application, but everything shows the same, there is no extra column where we can see what docs are required by CIC.

dont worry as ur profile will normalize. the accurate status will show later.. just keep checking ur account.. currently CIC put a caveat on the webiste that ""Our Online services are currently experiencing delays. We are working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience."
