Got an update finally. IP2 seems to have started "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.", last time I checked my CIC account on 26th May, this message was not there.

Timeline :

Program: PNP OINP French Stream
Nomination : 21st Dec 2016
ITA : 22nd Dec 2016
e-APR submitted : 26th Jan 2017
Medical passed : 22nd Febr 2017

Gcm notes ordered - yet to be received.

When was your last bg change and status? I hope we dont reach the 5th month mark

When I checked on 26th May, there was no status change, and when I logged in today, I got that above message.

My AOR is 26th Jan. So it's been about 4 months of waiting.

I have update finally.. Our status has changed to "We are processing your application" which is IP2. Our timelines are in signature. Keeping fingers crossed.. Good luck to all of us.

Do you think I should make some kind of complaint? My visa is running out soon and I've been waiting way longer than everyone else due to a problem they made themselves. I'm worried it will hurt my chances if I make a complaint.

Unfortunately, till the stipulated time period of 6 months is up, you cannot make any complaints!
After six months, you are allowed to 'appeal' their decision !!

hopefully everything is sorted at this stage... i did see one refusal a few months back during IP, i cant remember what it was for... but its extremely rare... i would still say your chances are excellent

Hi Guys, Like I said I was not getting any reply from CPC ID but today our BG went into we are processing your background check, I just now got a reply from delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca that it is at delhi and under visa officer review. they will let us know once the review is done. Has anyone else also got this kind of reply and how much time it takes after that?

If I remember correctly then it was CEC January. Don't remember the date.
