I got RCMP request on 18th April and submitted it on 25th. I sent the status email on 15th and they replied on 20th. And the response was same as yours. But I emailed them to ask about the status again on 26th and the reply was standard. That your file is with our office and processing on regular time. we will contact you if we need more information........So, if you have submitted RCMP try emailing them again and see if the response changes.
I sent an email to cic to check my visa office and got following response.
Your file (*******) is currently under review at our office and requires additional verifications. As result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if additional information or documents are required.
Can someone share if they have any insight on such a reply. I have seen cic replying other applicants with this reply though. Thanks!
I am sooo scared now with all the late rejections. I keep looking at my applications over and over again; the only thing of concern is that the duties on my reference letter only match 50% of my listed NOC duties. Phew!!! eAOR Jan 28, BG. NA.

As far as I know 50 per is good enough, if you added remaining job duties which are close to your NOC code or your Job designation, Job duties vary from place to place and comapny to company, I hope we hear good news this week. We are so unlucky being last week of JAN AOR applicants
Oh! Boy. PNP Inland. My heart is with you, I know how much effort and time we have put in to get those 600 points. I have the same time line as you(AOR- 15 JAN), but at least my med is clear and background is NA, for at least a month now. I would suggest you to get your GCMS notes.

I'm in a similar situation, my letter describes a few of the duties required by my NOC. I know I have the right NOC as well, so we'll see what happens, all we can do is wait!
