It shocked me too, but I think I know what happened here. According to DannyMC8710's previous posts, he\she was on an IEC Working Holiday permit, which is an open work permit. To claim 50 arranged employment points, you need to be on an employer specific work permit (LMIA or LMIA exempt). I think that is what caused the refusal. The officer couldn't match the company on the offer letter to the one on the work permit.

this is strange, danny has an open work permit but also with a specific employer' name; isn't this strange? I think with open work permit, he should be able to work for any company.

Hi Anandunics... What date they have mentioned on ur notes ??? I assume same status of my application as urs bcoz we share almost same timeline and same province nomination.

Basically in my work permit say that I work for A....ex and the offer of employment says A....ex Inc. , so it doesn't match for them .

Seen the las draw I have now 459 points , so hopefully this week it comes another draw, I already make a new profile without arranged employment .

Can't you provide LOE for this name discrepancy?

I haven't had any change or heard anything since my medical was passed on 3/3 (basically 2 months ago). My BG hasn't changed at all. I'm PNP-O.

Here are my case details:

I am Jan 14 (AOR) i received passport request on Friday evening.

Guys but hear out my problem -

March 1st CIC requested Scheduled A and personal History - i submitted within a weak

April 4th CIC requested RCMP criminal record check - submitted with a weak

on April 25th i again got request for newly filled Scheduled A form - I was confused why again anyways i was filling and about to submit but before that they sent Passport request email. Well in spite of that i submitted Scheduled A today because they asked for it at first place. But whats next guys? should i wait a week or 2 to get response of my schedlued A from CIC if they have any more confusions??

You can always call CIC so you don't run into any issues. They should explain what is required. I suggest doing that to cover your....bum lol
