It was a nice experience and I didn't see any problem anywhere during the process. We went to Rainbow bridge and walked towards US Border. It is just 2-3 min walk from Canada border to US border side. After reaching there, we told the officer that we came there for Flag poling. Btw, we don't have US Visa. He was so friendly and asked us to wait there in the waiting room. After 5 min, he called us and handover a white slip where our names are listed with Flag pole stamp. He suggested to handover it to Canadian border side for further process. We walked over again to Canadian border side and gave the same paper to them. They have asked some generic questions for which we have answered with "NO"

. Then he gave us Yellow slip which we submitted to other officer along with COPR, passports. They have taken our mailing address and suggested to wait in the waiting room. Since it is in the morning time, lots of visitors etc and due to that it took 45 min to get our turn. He has taken COPR which has our photos and explained few things. He also asked us to sign on the second COPR copy(without photo one) and congratulated us for becoming Permanent residents of Canada. He also suggested us to visit Service Canada in order to obtain Permanent SIN. As a whole, it was pleasant experience.
That indeed is a very nice story

Thank you so much for sharing.
All your hard work finally paying off. Party hard man!!!
Cheers

Okay. Many thanks. In the consent form, section C should be filled by a designated individual's contact information. Not sure what this means. Did you fill that part?

Hello Baji81,
Congratulations !!
I am inland CEC applicant and I am also planning to do landing at Niagara.
I wanted to know while landing, did they ask for new photos again or the photo in COPR was sufficient?
It would be nice if you could tell us what documents were asked by the officer.
Thanks
