Majority of the cases including myself received PPR mail after 10:30 PM EST. I think they might have some batch program which triggers these mails It is just my assumption though

I am a CEC, and I don't get PPR yet, and I saw tonnes of PNPs got ppr, maybe it takes more time to go through the checking process? everyone has different scenario
