Guys how long would it take for PPs to be back after submission?

G'noon everybody..

I've got a msg in CIC yesterday (thankfully not on 1st April) Grin

The msg says:

The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. The following is required to complete your application and for CPC-Ottawa to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5688) and permanent residence visa (if a visa is required).
STEP 1: CHANGE IN PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES (If none of these conditions applies to you, you may proceed to STEP 2)
.................. And goes on..it's a long mail..

Is this PPR?

I have just got a ghost email and there is no change in my CIC online account in BG etc..

Lastly, can my spouse go on my behalf to submit docs / Passports at CVAC ?

Hi Guys,

I have been a silent follower of this forum. Received my eAOR on 7th Jan and Meds passed update : 20 Jan((PNP Outland category)) but have not seen any progress on my application since then..

I did not really check my CIC account in between so i am not really sure if the BG status ever got changed.. current status says.. "Background check Not applicable."

I am seeing many of you folks seems to be aware of the visa office and have a fair idea about what stage your application is at..

Can you please guide me as to how can i get to know the same?

I received my golden mail of PPR request an hour back. I wasnt expecting anything like this before end of April
I would like to thank you all for the support and information whichever you have provided whenever required.

I wish all of them a good luck and fast PR
Keep praying becoz miracles happen any moment (liked happened to me).


My timelines are mentioned in signature...

You are very close to final decision buddy so do not worry.Mine is 7 jan and cic asked for RCMP and RPRF .I do think your application is far behind from my app.R10 and A11.2 might have done in your case most probably.

You would definitely get any update next week.

i am PNP Outland Ontario
Visa Office is Rome ..

should i be worried ?
