what does it mean for Background like
1. your application is in process and next is BG check and
2. we are processing your BG
these both are confusing me
1. Not Started
2. BG In progress
Not applicable is the third type of BG status which happens after first BG IP

In case if get PPR while my spouse went back home and I submit both of our passports after getting my spouse's passport shipped via DHL/ Fedex, wouldnt it cause any issues in Police clearance for my spouse?
As per PC certificate norms , it should have been issued by the country after the last time you visited. Technically my spouse in not in Canada as this point.Thoughts?
It only need when you are more than 6 month before/during the processing time. Once get your PR stamp forget about all, caz you r done (but you may collect a new copy of PCC from your country, if the Immigration officer ask that during your spouse's landing).

Cool. My BG changed to NA on March 15th and still no update to my status. It seems, my officer wants some more time for my file being reviewed
