Let me clarify here before this gets out of hand. I mean, from the name of the applicants, CIC can figure out their religion. Also do I need to spell out which religion? Also certain countries they have visited in the past causes issues. Anyway my mistake bringing this up. Let us move on to other topics
Ah yes... ok! You mean they can infer who is from what religion from name and countries visited. I agree, that's certainly part of the BC and religions with higher incidents of extremists will need to be check further, that makes sense.
Thing is, that in our info in the application, there is no such thing as Criminality or Security separately.
All is within one statement - BG
And also Eligibility on our account means, that application as such has passed with the stated above.

I know that, but why not change the status on the MyCIC page to be aligned to what we find in our GCMS notes?
Make a new status called Security and separate that from Eligibility.
Ideally, I think, we should be able to see our ACTUAL Eligibility (A11.2) status on MyCIC and our Documents status (R10). Instead of BC, which is useless as it means different things for CEC/FSW/PNP Inland ou Outland), just have security. That would be so much better!

It depends... But basically all that you just mentioned is assessed during the A11.2 (Eligibility) check.
Now on most of the Outland applications I've seen the A11.2 is checked by a review agent in the CIO and is re-checked by an officer at the LVO - if they both agree you pass.
Again on MOST outland apps I'be seen your BC ONLY goes to IP after you A11.2 is passed.
Therefore you MAY assume that if your BC has not changed to IP yet they still have not finalized your A11.2.

Dear G126,
please look my time line, my medical passed on 24 feb 2017 and on same time BG went to in process till date, so it means my A11.2 is passed? And one more thing each file must go to LVO for verifying but mine is at CPC- Ottawa since I submitted. any comments
get your child passport to be renewed fast. Also you are USA outland (if I understood correctly) it is too long for them to wait just for medical. So they must be missing something.
Thanks. So even if the child has US passport, it needs to be send when called for PPR? Yes I'm a bit worried about the Medical part still under review....

Like I said, that logic is valid for Outland (FSW/PNP)... you're CEC inland so I'm not sure. It's quite possible that your A11.2 are OK by now and they're just waiting for your security to clear, but the only way to know for sure is GCMS notes.
