I don't think anything updated in your status. It's just re-wording to the old status. Your BG check is in progress and CIC will intimate you in case of any clarifications.

I think, most of the CEC Inland applicants BG status stuck for more than 20 days. Everyone including myself are eagerly waiting for the BG status change. Not sure which one is dragging this much (Security, Criminality or R10 etc)

What does this suppose to mean?
My R10 and 11.2 checks are completed?
My file has been transferred to LVO?

Ordered GCMS notes tonight, oh well, guess I'll at least find out the eligibility initial review result.
And if it's recommend pass then I will be so happy and feel ALMOST nothing to worry about no more. ;D
