Well according to Eagle333 for FAMily Class (FC) the checks are done in parallel to speed up processing. In EC (Economic Class - PNP/FSW/CEC/FST) it's sequential (in theory)...
I say in theory as we've been seeing many PPRs in Nov (and DEC) that have broken various records so maybe IRCC has decided to do everything in parallel for EC to be able to handle the huge increase in ITAs... Just guessing really!
I have seen only one older statistic (from 2015) about PN in general where the average processing time was 3,8 months. (CEC were a bit slower and FSW a little bit faster).
Statistics from 2016 are missing.
Well that's the bad news... While we've been having record timings in FSW/CEC... PNP has been very slow, significantly slower than last year... There was ONE PNP-O in Nov, but just one.
Honestly don't know the average time for PNPs so I'd have to go with the standard 6 months
thanks guys!!!
@andy108 wow, nice graph!! just discovered you can apply filters to it. let's hope the stats are right, it says we should get on average our PPRs in april!!
What this USUALLY means is that you've passed R10 and they're finalizing your A11.2.... as soon as that's ready your file should be transferred to LVO.

Also, another question that might sound silly , when the medicals were passed on the 8th of Feb, did you receive an email that you profile was updated? And did the profile status in the previous page change to updated or did it stay as submitted?

The least predictable are the BG checks and security checks. (this can be anywhere between 2 months and 16 months).
As for the mails - do not count on emails (several applicants have reported changes in the account with late or even without any emails, others have also reported ghost emails without any change in their application).
Unfortunately it seems that CEC Inland files just get left for about 2 months... Perhaps because medicals take so long for inland they wait for the go ahead from RMO (se above post) before diving in to begin verifying it...
So in your case I think you really would not see anything worth while.
Ideally you need to have some movement (status change) to be able to see anything worth while. And the best time to order I reckon is about 2 weeks after your BC has changed back to NN (as by this time you'll see if it's been transferred to LVO and who at LVO is looking at it).
