yes nominations will be transferred even if the application is refused. The only reason it will not be transferred is for rejection due to Inadmissibility and criminality which provinces do not check. for all other reasons they will transfer. nothing to panic for 6 months. And if it is for Inadmissibility or criminality then reapplying has no scope. so nomination is always transferred.
There is one more case what I can think of, that can endanger your nomination. Should your province find out, that you do not have intentions to settle down there (there is one funny case in December applicants, where somebody started paper based application with one province and EE application with another province).
Other than that, you should be able to put down same documents that has awarded you PNP in order to proove your CRS score.
FYI: even though my meds passed two days ago, i never received the CIC email indicating there was an update in my account.
lesson learned: don't rely on emails and check your profile regularly, especially if CIC is requesting additional docs or something...

Why, it is normal account obsession that one can have - check account, check forum, check news in your VO, check rejections, check account check forum.....
I hadn't thought of that...Oooooopsss.... UNDO.. Crtl+Z!!!!
Everyone here says GCMS has absolutely no negative impact on your file, some even say it can have a positive impact in the sense of sending a WAKE up call to the office if your file is delayed (not my case admittedly)...
Anyway, I just have to know man... I have to know if they're OK with my common-law relationship or not... I think that's my case's achilles heel. I'm also wondering about my translations since I didn't include the 'certified copies' as there was not enough space to fit everything in (so just the originals + translations) - but not too worried about this one, just the common law really. I just got to know man!!!
