I only got a few days later an email from my doctor saying that the results were correctly uploaded but didn't ask about the results since I figured they may be confidential.
OK, well you may like to give him a call or drop him an email in that case. You are allowed to know what your test results are, IRCC says on the website something along the lines of - Tell you doctor if you'd like a copy of the exame results.
But I'm sure it's fine as if you had extra exams to do your doctor should have already told you...

Do you use a representative? If not then I'm not sure why you need this...
In any case, best to get on with it... Fill in, sign and send it back! Maybe you forgot to tick some box in teh application form that allows them to give our info to third party... although I can't seem to remember that!
