All we need is just to copy the header of the spreadsheets from November or December and then add January candidates. I think I can make empty template in XLSX. Somewhere around this evening.
Guys, just a quick question - after submitting e-APR, if you try to view the submitted application, then only the submitted documents page is available to view. Correct?? or is there anything else?

I put together a rather simple google spreadsheet to track the applications:

There is a link on the top left-hand side of the spreadsheet that can be used to input data. Here it is none the less: https://goo.gl/forms/RWkh6GUb99XWbhbV2
After you input your information please save the "Edit Your Response" link in order to update your information in the future.

I just hope it doesn't become a maintenance nightmare, and people start using it properly.
If people save their "Edit your response" link, and update their information that way it'll be a breeze. Google Forms have a neat analysis/statistics section but it gets all messed up from deleting and/or modifying data manually.

That new talbe gave me trouble at first then i closed the window which was troubled and clicked on the link to add data again and tried to add it again (this time i used pick up date calendar instead of manual writing in and put small beginning letter of my country). then it finaly worked.
