I think criminality is passed with just the police certificates

I did not have RCMP report upfront and they never asked for it. I guess they took a while to communicate with the local police station.

What I don't understand is they're saying there's a delay in processing yet feb and march people are still getting PPR at ottawa. I feel like my BG check will be in NA for a long time to come, and even then it'll probably go IP (2) then get declined.

I totally understand your frustration, the feeling is mutual. I don't think you'll get rejected. It's consoling to know that there are a large number people that applied late in Jan who are still waiting for PPR. Do you have anything to worry about your application?

Someone got declined because in their app they put 'company name' and in their work visa it said 'company name inc'. the officers are being pedantic and who knows if I made a tiny tiny mistake like that.

True, but trust me, a number of people will not give the full narrative about their refusals. Since you're in Canada, why don't you call CIC.

Last time I did, I got told 'it hasn't been 6 months. if by July 31st you've not heard anything then give us a call'

yes I do agree with your point, it is sometimes too personal to share or even visa officers was just throw out a reason which they truly rejected for some other suspicious factors that could not prove to be misrepresentation.

hahaha, there you have it; a glimmer of hope to boost your morale. But then, the PPR estimator said i'd get mine last week, I guess I mistakenly deleted the PPR e-mail.

I am in the same boat with you guys, maybe the week we submitted our application is not blessed....
when I saw a lots of late feb or march guys get their ppr, I am so worried about myself.
I have already lost a chance for a promotion to the permanent job due to my status, and hopefully, I don't lose the second one.... which ins quite possible, since no way to tell when our files will be seen or processed

I've seen probably about 7-10 people with AOR last week of January get PPR. We are unfortunately outliers.
