Sad to hear this. Any reason for the PCC being considered as "incomplete" ?
Is there a way, you can get a new PCC and send it to CIC ? Is there a provision to it ?
Hope that IRCC will give you an option to continue with your application, after all, you have come a long way, you got a PNP from Ontario !

Just un update on my side, My application got cancelled on the 7th as incomplete due to one of PCCs that was not acceptable to IRCC.

Your PPR date estimator is spot on dude. For me, it mentioned the average date to PPR as 12th April and bang, it just came in today.
