Hello,

Need some guidance/Advice,

My SINP ( Province Nomination ) Expires on 26 April 2017.
My IELTS expires on MAY 30 2017.

Do i need to re apply for Nomination or retake IELTS as i am approaching their expiry date.

Last week i sent email to CIC ,they replied that my application is currently with my LVO ( NDVO)

You don't need to worry as everything is freezed once you submit your e-apr.
Exception is just if one gets rejected

This seems so far behind many other FSW-O applicants. I emailed CIC and got a response on March 23 that my file is still at the Sydney, Nova Scotia CIO.

Are there any other FSW-O applicants from the U.S. in the same position?

Yes, USA FSW are being processed much longer. The latest PPR US FSW had this week was 22nd Dec.

Hi I am a FSW Outland too background is progress is good. My background never changed (still NA) and my aor is 12th of january too. I think all of the fsw outlanders are slow that is what i see from immitracker. Can I ask to which email address did you write to and in how many days did they return to you?

I emailed "CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca" and provided all of the information and subject title outlined by others on here. Sent on March 19, replied on March 23, actually much faster than I was expecting.

I ordered mine between a week and two weeks ago! I'll let you know what I get back. I paid my RPRF up front so won't know when my application moves.
