I would say the average clearance for Medical Exams is about 2 weeks from AOR.
You are supposed to get email alerts for every change in your account, but people have reported changes without getting any emails, or even worse, people have reported IRCC requesting additional docs without any emails. I suggest you keep checking manually and also check the next page every once in a while.
My theory in regards to the Ghost emails is the following:
Say an officer opens your file to do work and then closes it. A timer starts as soon as the file is closed, if the file is not opened for another 24 hours then an email is sent to you to check your account, but if an officer opens the file in that time period the whole process restarts.
If I was the one designing it that's what I would do in order to minimize the number of ghost emails that are sent.
There is no proof to this theory, it's just my madness kicking in.
Did the echo today and thank God it was good. No evidence of any abnormality.
Will submit the report tomorrow to the doctor and hope to get medicals passed soon

Good news man. I am guessing I will get serum creatinine test too as BP is high. But hopefully not a major issue for clearing medicals
On a side note, it is quite hilarious and sad how any health issue we are first thinking about how it will affect our PR application and not how we should address our health before anything else. Dont mean you in particular omar but just generally seeing posts here

I just got a ghost mail. 1 day after the status on my application was updated. Again it is better to check your account daily as such mail can get delayed or even lost.
