There are instances where applicants got their PPR without single BG update. I suspect you are going to be the same category (I wish my assumption is correct and you'll get your PPR soon) All the best.

Do you remember what was the initial status? NS or NN?

My Initial status was NS. It was changed along with my medicals on Feb 20. On March 15 it changed back to NA and now I'm waiting for my final BG change followed by PPR.

PPR comes to you any moment,n say in a week or less.
I hope i will see BG IP2 soon as well, as we had very similar timelines.
