* Surname and Given name(s);
* Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
* Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number;

when I wrote to the above email ID, I just got an auto-reply saying
"Due to a high volume of inquiries we are only able to respond to case-specific inquiries and the service standard is 20 working days."
Is this normal? Should I expect to hear from a human? ;D
I'm waiting along with you. My application is also simple. Only difference is I came from Jamaica when I was 18. And have only been to the US and Canada on vacations. Honestly don't know why it's taking so long. My BG hasn't changed since it was IP the end of Feb. It is comforting that we're in this together as opposed to this only happening to one person.
