Hey, so on this blog after a long time, i'm pnp inland too aor 20th jan, 2017, my files with my immigration consultant but as per last update which was done last friday, there was no movement , not even on my medicals.
My timeline is exactly same as yours and I've not heard anything either since Feb 22nd when my medicals passed and BG went to 'in progress'
I'm sure it's nothing to worry about - there's been lots of movement for CEC Inland files from January so I'm sure we will get some soon! ;D

Yes, that's the assumption. Once BG status goes to NA from IP for the first time, the file is ready to transfer to LVO (Local Visa Office) for eligibility assessment and final decision.

1. How do I know when my BG went to 2nd stage? Do I get notified?
2. Does CIC request Schedule A to everyone? If so, do they send you a message via myCIC account or email?

My BG just changed for the FIRST time from "your application is in progress. Next step is to conduct a background check" to "not applicable". What does that mean?
