Hopefully my golden day will be somewhere between 25th April-10th May 2017. By the end of this month, I am expecting that my medicals get passed at least.

Well that's probably been mapped to some other value... Did you have BLANK value? If so what do you have now?

Since most of us have been here for long enough to have something on that field before the change I think you might be better off looking in the FEB/MARCH thread for that.

The review of submitted document of mine was blank. Now it has "not applicable". I think that's one of the change but still I don't think my application has been touched. I'm a PNP-I AOR Jan 5

My first feedback was: don't get notes so early on, it's useless

I would personally recommend you to fill up the whole document. It's not that long anyway and contains the same information you already provided in your PR Application.
At this point why take risks?

I understand the Paris VO is one of the fastests VOs out there so you are lucky
You can get a general sense of their processing times by looking at the Consolidated Tracker here: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/consolidated-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application then you can filter by the Paris VO and by PNP streams. On average it seems it's taking a little over 3 months.

I am curious why they would ask you that. I mean, I am assuming you had already entered those details when you were applying?

last week my case was being processed at Sydney, NS and today i got another email saying it is now being processed at Ottawa.

yeah usually the initial checks are done at sydney and then they transfer the files to LVO which i guess in your case it is Ottawa
