My timeline is similar to yours. Medical passed on Feb 21st and BG status has remained on NOT STARTED. I also submitted RCMP upfront.

I suppose all Jan 1-Jan 10 applicant would be interested to know...

I am CEC e-AOR Jan 6. I finally saw something moving in my applicant. Meds still not passed, but
1) Additional docs changed to No Additional Documents are Needed at this Time.
2) BG check changed to Not Started.

I experienced the same on Feb 18, then my med passed on Feb 20.

I believe most of them in this thread haven't reported any BG changes whose medical status changes done on Feb 20 or Feb 21. Hopefully, we will hear something soon.

Gut, I got reply from CPC Ottawa saying that my application is processing in Vegreville.

And that is might be the reason, my medical is still not yet pass ? I saw one post, someone saying this center takes more time then other once ? :'(
