Do you think my file has been transferred to LOV and R10 and A11.2 cleared ?

I have a question , I'm waiting for my BOWP to be approved but for now ins "on hold" since 1 week ago. If yesterday CIC ask me for additional documents (ECA) but my BG is still in IP, that's mean my case is already in V.O and R10 pass or not? My actual work permit expires in 10 days, and I don't like the idea to be in Implied status.

Because I don't know if with my actual work permit I can be in implied status ( I'm under International Experience Class)

Under IEC as far as I know you cannot be under implied status. I am IEC too.

I know people who has been rejected to be in Implied status under iEC but also friend of mine who didn't have any problem.

When I was applying for ITA , the PCC I had uploaded was obtained a week before I was leaving a country. ( Eg I left the country on 26 May 2016 , I uploaded the PCC I obtained on 20 May 2016) . Now I have the PCC available as of ( 27 FEB 2017) , that I obtained after leaving that country.
1. Do you guys think I should upload this latest document ?
2. I tried to access the link to update the important changes like birth / death / Job / address etc... I tried it using Application number , Receipt number / Unique identification number etc...... I am getting a message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons" - What could be the reason ?

3. Is there any other means to communicate the changes and upload the latest PCC like an email ?

When is your PGWP expiring? Mine is expired late August 2017.
If my application is still in process in May then I plan to apply for BOWP, do you think I have enough time by then? Or should I apply BOWP now?

My PGWP expires on March 9. The processing time now is approximately 28 - 30 days. I had applied on March 14 and didnt get any update until Feb 21. so I called CIC and the agent told me that because my express entry PR application is still in progress and the eligibility review had not been passed, my BOWP was put on hold. However, on Feb 27, i my application was approved which means my ER was passed.

The eligibility review process may take some time to pass and the timeline is never guaranteed. It is better to give some time and apply in the beginning of April if your work PGWP expires by the end of April. Even if you get on implied status, its fine. This is my personal view though. As you know, each and every case is unique. I hope this helps.

I have question regarding my status, I have restored my status as a visitor until Dec 2016 and then I also applied for visitor extension and got till March 2017 and I also applied for WP with LMIA from outside Canada but I can not stay after March 2017 and its hard for me to go back home with my two kids and wife. So is it OK for me to apply for visitor 3rd time until PR decision. Please check my timeline and reply me.

Is there a limitation on number of times that you can you apply for visitor status?

By the way you cannot work while on visitor status, am I right?

and aren't you from the countries that can apply for IEC work permit?
