I am in same situation currently AOR Jan 12, 2017, medical passed on Feb 20, 2017 and BG is IP..

If it's regarding my case then I didn't get any mail about it but since we know those are delayed then I can still get it tomorrow.
But what suprised me that when I logged in to my account and sow my application status it wasn't even "updated" like it was last time, it was still on status "submited", so if I wouldn't go further then I wouldn't know that something has changed.

There are many like us. Jan AOR, who got Meds passed on Feb 20 and BG in IP since then.

CEC inland applicants have Ottawa as the VO

I am CEC inland VO is Sydney. So not all is ottawa. I assumed mine was ottawa untill i sent email to cpc.

Even my medical passed on Feb 20, 2017 and my BG status is NS. Hopefully, it will change to NN soon. Fingers crossed.

Its states in the letter that you have to contact the org(CES) that conducted your ECA and inform them to send your info directly to CIC

Go to the CES website or call them and put in a request to send your ECA to CIC asap

Same thing happened to one of my friend couple of days back. But ECA evaluation done by WES. So, he got an email from them asking him to upgrade something in order to share his ECA report to CIC. He did the same day and he should be okay now. For your case, please don't panic. Just approach CES and definitely, you'll find some option which will help you to solve this thing.

That apparently depends on whether you submitted upfront RCMP or not. Also stream - I was referring to CEC applicants
