As discused earlier in this thread. RCMP is not in checklist which I thought is.
I personally would suggest to get it done and submit it upfront to avoid processing delay.

If they require, they will already have it. If they don't require, there is nothing wrong submitting an extra document.
I'm 100% agree with you. There is nothing harm to support additional document which will help us to avoid any additional delays. Btw, did you get any email when the status changes back from NS->NN?
Yes, you don't need to submit. I'm just trying to understand the BG trend. Some people including myself have submitted RCMP upfront. Majority of our cases BG is changing from NN-NS instead of NN-IP. It seems our assumptions are correct.
Yes true, Its going back to NN from NS after few days, Approximately 1 week to 10 days. However, do we have any cases where RCMP upfront got the PPR without going to IP status in BG ?
