In the instruction for POF they said you have to list all your balances including both credit and debits. I think they require that because if you have both assets and loan in total you dont have sufficient funds for settlement. But you didn't declare your loan in the application I doubt that IRCC can verify it.

I am not sure, Mostly New Delhi. However, both Medical and Background status changed today.
