Hi!
Just received a doc request - Schedule A for spouse, copy of birth certificates for both me and spouse. I also have to pay Right of Permanent Residence fee.
Is this a good sign?

It definitely is progress. You are currently at IP2 so should expect PPR soon after submission of Doc request.
Couldn't understand why your & spouse birth certificate was asked...It is asked only for minor children.
All the best
it does take a month to receive GCMS notes but that's the only way to know where you stand . Do you have rough idea when was your file transferred to NDVO??

- Days from Background Check Initiated --> PPR
- Days from PPR ---> Acceptance Letter and Being able to land
Also,
Do you have to physically mail your passport for PPR? I have a USA passport do they need it to be mailed or are the scanned versions I already provided enough.
