Carefully read Falcon's thread on floor 6980 and 6984, although I am still wondering the same what's the complication soliciting provincial document, but afterall they have their own mechanism we are in no position of questioning, and the provinces are indeed busy this year. It's a plausible explanation.
Well most of the January PNPO applicants got their PPR in 5.5 months so I am still optimistic and hopeful that our cases move froward from CIO and reach the stage of PPR in next two weeks.
Overall out of 407 active cases(medical passed+ppr), 275 have ppr. In next 2.5 weeks I dont think more than 30 of those will get ppr at their rate, of late. Hence, I said it will be at best 75%.
I just feel that there should be some interface between cic and pnp teams early on. 600 points awarded only if the applicant is deemed fit by both teams. Post ITA the PNP application should be vetted for background, security, eligibility etc by CIC. i cant imagine info on our files again rechecked. I sense that there might be duplication of efforts somewhere. By the way i am also a pnp feb 20th applicant who started his application in Jan16 and is waiting anxiously

Yes, but January is not February, check their timeline, each step is progressing way faster. February is where most PNP cases got stuck. February is a whole new ball game.
