Hello, I am sending my passport Today! and I have a question.
CEC Inland Stream (toronto)
ITA - Jan 4th
Submission and AOR - Feb 19th
Meds Passed - Mid March
BG Check - from NA to in progress end of April
PPR - June 9th
PP sent to Ottawa - June 12th
Once I receive back my passport, will I need to leave and reenter the country?
What would be fastest way to do that from Toronto ( I would rather not take any time of work).
Will the PR card be sent automatically to my address or do I need to ask for it.
Does the address for the PR card need to be mine? because I might move in August.
Cheers
Congrats on PPR !!
Yes after receiving COPR you will have to do landing which can be at the nearest border. If you are in Toronto you can go to rainbow bridge (Niagara falls) or Peace bridge and do the landing. You can go any day of the week anytime so you don't need to take time off from work.
PR card will be send to address which you fill in the form you submit at the time of landing.
I hope it helps. All the best

Yes it seems your file is approved and just waiting in queue for PPR mail. But why Security is blank - it should be passed in the notes. Maybe others who got GCMS notes after approval can let us know.
Your case also makes me feel that GCMS notes sort of pushes our file ...in terms officer opens the file to work on it.
I hope it helps.

Be sure to check all your emails. My PPR was in my "promotions" folder in Gmail
Hi Friends,
I had my Additional Documents column status as "Being reviewed".
Today, it shows me that your documents are being uploaded.
my BG check remains same as we are processing your BG Check. Final Decision is in progress.
Is this the same case to all? Please help me with your updates
Thanks
Same for me. The wait continues
Hi guys,
My application becomes IP2 on 31st May. I emailed CIC last Friday, and got their replay just now. CIC said
"Please be advised that your application is at our office and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that your application has been approved."
Does this mean I will get PPR soon?
Thanks!

I am worried that if I miss the PPR email what will happen? Is there any way to check that whether IRCC sent me the email? like emailing them/calling them will help?
Guys, today I found this message " The additional documents you provided have been uploaded."
The problem is I uploaded nothing, i was not asked to upload anything! anybody else has this message?
It's a bug. Ignore it.

You can call or email them to confirm. They have been replying to emails if your file is approved or not.
