cant reach them... i tried calling 5 times and all i get after hanging on is "we are receiving high number of calls" please hang up and try later...

any thought on this?

Try after 3-3.5 hours and then they will give you a wait time of roughly 25 mins.

Same from my end. It doesnt even say anything. There is silence on the other end even though the seconds are counting. Trying every other hour might be a good strategy.

Someone suggested calling on skype. Please who has CIC skype ID?

I assume that means to use skype to call that number and save some money, there is no skype service in CIC

What is the probability of refusal from this point? There was an issue with my wife's PCC. So do you guys think that issue has been resolved?

I have send an email to them.... Hope they answer me soon. I think i am the only person from Feb FSW-O to get into IP2 and not receive RPRF or PPR, since i see most of the people stuck are at NA or NBG.

Really tensed!

I doubt you will get much info out of them through email. Keep trying to call them..you will eventually get through.
You have been at Ip2 since long. They just have a long queue and many waiting on ip2 for long. You should have received RPRF request by now...did u get gcms notes. I can suggest to order one if not already ordered. All the best !

They didnt ask for my application number on phone. Just asked if it was 6 months to my AOR or not. If not then we cant help you much on that since even we can see exactly what you can see on your online application.

I usually start the conversation by giving out my application number and a question relevant which could make them open the file. You need to show them you are tensed about a certain thing in your application. If u have raised a CSE then can ask about it.
Maybe u can try later on and might get better agent !
