Yes I did

And finally I landed on 13 May as a permanent resident in total the complete pr process took 101 days

Background - Application is in process, next step is to conduct background check (since 30 March)

Background Check status changed to "Not Applicable". I have 2 questions with respect to this
1. What is the next step that would happen from here?
2. How many months/days does it take to receive the final PPR Mail?

Should I be happy about the change in status?

1. Next the status would go to IP2 ("we are processing your background check. We will contact you if we need more information") - post this you will get your PPR email
2. The change from current status of NA to IP2 previously has taken anywhere from 1 week to a month. These days people have reported an increase. So be patient, you should see movement soon.

After the verification mail that my boss wrote, there is absolutely no news from CIC side.

I am worried.

Could someone please guide me on how I should reach CIC? Is it possible to call them?
