Has anyone got any information about the transfer of the nomination to new account after the rejection of the permeant residency due to the mistake in uploading documents.

I have nomination from the Ontario and my permeant residency application has been cancelled yesterday as medial report of my spouse was not submitted properly. Anyway cut short, now I am creating new express entry profile and want to know can I get my nomination transfered to new account given that my nomination is valid until June 2017.

Please please anyone help thanks

Sorry to hear this unfortunate news but yes it is possible. You need to request the Province to link your nomination again to your new EE profile, providing valid reasons for the same.

Have seen couple a cases where provinces transferred the nomination to the new EE profiles.

It means they do the eligibility and BG check at the same time? even without medical yet? kindly advise with your expertise Seniors.. thanks

I have emailed Ontario asking for the procedure for transferring my nomination. I have send them the rejection letter along with the nomination letter.

Hope they reply me today if not I will call them to find out.

But this waiting is driving me crazy, making me really anxious.

Can Imagine.. But it's just 40+ days, & IRCC has given a timeline of 6 months

Despite, I believe, majority would be through before 6 six months.. like few have already blessed with their PRs

Keep in touch & have a bit more patience else its gona eat you lol !
