no worries a lot of people background status didnt change after medical pass status
for some it did
depends on case to case and VO too sometimes they don't do regular updates and then applicants get worried

Hi Arun, I have similar application like you. my spouse as my dependent. They did not require her RCMP. only Mine. I confirmed with a consultant just now and we need to upload only one document.

Please note when you will update the document, they will ask for:

DOCUMENT NAME: RCMP CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK
DOCUMENT NO: DCN (Top right corner of your document)
Issue Date: Date on top of your name in the document (top left corner)
Expiry Date: Add 6 months to the date of issue (they do not clearly mention the expiry date on your RCMP document).

Hi, I just visited the Edmonton RCMP, I have been taken fingerprints and told result will be mailed in 10 - 20 days. How much days did it take for you ?

Usually takes around 10 to 15 days give or take
Mine came on 9th day in calgary

yes Harry1988 is right. It usually take 2 weeks .i also got my RCMP in 12 days.
