Quick question for those who have already submitted their application. I have my ITA and have filled out all the forms and uploaded all my documents. At the moment next to the uploaded documents it states "Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC". I can then press the NEXT button and sign my electronic signature/declaration. It then comes up with another screen, where it still stays "Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC" next to all my documents and has the button TRANSMIT AND PAY at the bottom. If I then select transmit and pay, will my documents then be submitted to IRCC. Might seem like a silly question, but I just want to make sure that there is not an extra step somewhere that I am missing with regards to submitting the documents before I submit payment and the application is locked
Thanks!
I will hopefully be joining you all soon in this AOR in February group
You are quite correct. Just double check that you attachments are correctly uploaded (as in the document is named correctly and the document is actually what it is supposed to be) and matches the required field.

Hey guys, after almost one year visiting this forum as a guest and using all valuable information posted by users to go after my Canada dream, I have finally created my account after submitting my application this weekend. I will begin contributing by sharing my timeline with you guys and I hope I can help other candidates as well...

Well done on your AOR... but no, your understanding is not quite correct.
Go back to the tool and select Economic Class, then PNP or FSW and that will give you 6 months. That's the processing time for you to get your PPR. Once you get your visa and LAND in Canada then you need to wait for your PR card. That when you'll wait for 49 days!
