I mean if they could check if a person really fullfil all requeriments and reached the points claimed for at the initial steps, they could also "filter" all candidates with right and wrong docs /profiles and requirements. What do you think about it?
I've always wondered about that, I've read that eligibility was left towards the end by those who've previously got GCMS notes. Not sure what sense that makes, but we're looking from the outside without all the information. I agree with Jay, what I've seen eligibility is assessed towards the end normally, but CIC does not always complete these applications in the same order.

Your time line looks a bit different like your first back ground check was under way for a few weeks whereas mine was only 2 days maybe you had more things checked in first check than I did I dunno anyone got theories.

At the end of the day we are just looking at cases and "guessing" some trends. I believe that everybody is in a kind of line at first and then CIC sort it out according to some characteristics. What I have also seen is that most of rejections come from wrong documents, expired ones (mainly police records). Usually it happens whitin 2 months... Then again, we start wondering how they work lol.

i read somewhere that for CRS calculation points are taken for primary occupation (less than 3 years in this case) and should cross 67. However for total points calculation for that draw, the entire work ex is considered (if it is more than 3 and in one of the NOC code 0,A,B)
@uncommonfriend. I have 2 years and 6 months experience in the primary NOC, and 1 year in another NOC. However, I did not realise the years of experience has to be in the same occupation. So it dropped my point, and the case manager recommended **Review Required**.
Thank you for your response Sugar2016. After 105 days, do you think approval is possible even with **Review Required** recommendation and low CRS point?

This isn't the case.
I received RPRF request and a couple of others too.
Security and Criminality is done last!
My GCMS notes also showed this! Where you are missing it is even when you have failed eligibility ,doesn't mean Cic will get back to you right away!
I failed eligibility last year on CEC, so I can share my experience.

For the purpose of Foreign Work Experience you will be given 50 points for CLP band 9 in all sections. You can calculate the score out of 100 again and then take a call.

Thanks for your view! So here another question: What do you think includes "eligibility"? Would passing eligibility mean that they have checked all documents and proofs which back the points you claimed (e.g. all reference letters with the NOC choice)? Because you could be eligible for the FSW program but maybe have insufficient proof or docs for the points claimed. Would be happy to read your opinions on this!

So FSW score calculates only primary NOC code, or another NOC code in work experience will add points please?
For instance, I have 4 years+ in primary NOC code, and another 2 years in different NOC code, for FSW that's still 4 years score? Both NOC Codes is "A" category.
