just called CIC, was hoping there was a big update in my app. but after phone call, the agent was very kind and told me, my app is almost done, just need someone say yes to my app.
He said the CIC might send the PPR to me around mid of NOV. hope he said is right.

Just got off the phone with CIC too, the guy told me they had no access to my application as it is being reviewed in HK office. Emailed HK office a month back, no response at all. He suggested that I send fax to HK which might be faster to get a reply. At this point, I really don't care that much and assume it is just a matter of time based on the 2nd set of Notes just received.
Wish all of us from February and March the very best.

That's the current status of my application. Not sure how much longer need to wait for PPR to arrive. Hope the above info helps.
