if your application is processed in local VO outside Canada, then there is not point in calling CIC....my AOR is 15th December....called CIC multiple times....always get standard answer we can not access your file since it outside Canada...contact the local VO

Is there any way to get in contact with local VO? Mine case is also under a local VO and the progress is slow.

I don't know the number, but I already sent an e-mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, with the E000 number of my application and URGENT in the subject. They replied back in 1-2 days.

My previous company head manager just received a call from Hong Kong visa office, but he didn't mention clearly about my NOC 0212 job duties, since he doesn't know the stuff in technical department. he only said that I was in charge of some projects as projects manager.


what should I do now? please help! so panic!

Well be possitive, its good to know that they are working on your file (background checks) atleast. I belive that it is ok if he didnot mention the job duties as in previous company its not neccesarry that everyone know you. As long as person/hr says that guy was working here, its ok...

But again I may be wrong as u cant trust CIC... ;D ;D ;D

I am applying through a representative in India, though i live here in singapore.
I also wish to get my GCMS notes. Is it possible for me to do it without the help of my Agent in india?
If so how do I apply it from Singapore? please guide me.
