Don't worry, you'll be there. Be patient, I know it's not easy but honestly there is no other option. I hope you've ordered your GCMS, you can also call CIC once you cross 6 month mark to know about your status; but honestly I pray you get good news before you cross 15th.
I provided everything needed from the beginning: Medicals(upfront), proof of funds, employee letter's, WES/IELTS, Criminal recs... RPRF payed at submission.
I never had any problem with law...
I never stepped outside my country...
But.... saturday I'll have "awaited" my PPR for 6 months, a total time of 2 and half years in immigration hell.

I haven't ordered GCMS notes since our immigration consultant has advised us against, he told that it could delay processing time.
Weird to read that GCMS notes can delay processing. I have actually seen faster movement in the files after GCMS was ordered.
Since you have already crossed 6 months, i suggest you to call IRCC. Thr was a case when IRCC actually sent the PPR communication but applicant didn't receive the mail. He finally called IRCC after his 6 months got over and visa office confirmed that they have already sent the PPR one month back.
I personally feel GCMS notes has nothing to do with processing time. I ordered two times.

Hey munhozdiego, are you located in Brazil? Do you think your application is being processed in São Paulo?
I was so hopeful our application was going to be approved soon, we've just completed 5 month, but if yours is in São Paulo and it's taking long, I imagine mine would take longer too...
Dont get your hopes high, yes I'm in Brazil(sadly) and probably my application is in SP(since it's V.O of our location). Tomorrow I'll hit 6 month mark, on monday I'll call CIC and get GCMS notes also.
Maybe the fault is on Federal Police system, you probably faced the experience of getting your Criminal records on their site. I can't stop thinking about that, maybe canadian government is facing the same issues to validate our criminal rec.
if your application is processed in local VO outside Canada, then there is not point in calling CIC....my AOR is 15th December....called CIC multiple times....always get standard answer we can not access your file since it outside Canada...contact the local VO
