What does the Schedule 4/4A mean?

All Provincial Nominee Class applicants receive a request for Schedule 4, which should be filled by the primary applicant. Provincial Nominees nominated under a business, entrepreneur, or self-employed stream/category must also complete Schedule 4A.

Yes, that's exactly what most PNP nominees from Skilled Worker categories from this forum say they do.

I had upfront medical exams. My mother's date of birth was wrong in her passport and all other documents. So I wrote a LOE. Let's see what happens.

Who is the principal applicant? your mother or yourself? Why would you need to supply your mother's documents?

I'm the principal applicant. But there's a "Family Information" section in the online application form where you have to provide information, such as name, date of birth, etc., of your family members (parents and siblings).

• Schedule 4 and 4A Request - 09DEC
• Submission of Sche 4 and LOE - 09 DEC

P.P.S.: 2 days after submitting of the Schedule 4/LoE-4a my "A background check is needed" changed from "Not Started" to "Not needed at this time". In addtion, "Review of submitted documents" is still "Provided" and it has not changed to "We have received the document"

hi All,

I was asked for Form 4/4A.
I uploaded just the form 4 (Since I am a PN).
I didnt upload any LOE or so for 4A (as it was specifically meant for the Business etc class.)

I have already submitted the same.
pls gude what is to be done.
