Nope i did not claim points for that. Though i do have a lmia

Yes, I did. Had to wait for 34 min (which they had stated) before I was able to speak to an agent.

I really don't know if they answer phone queries on the weekend, but you could get automated response on your application based on last status.

*It seems like January 2017 - August 2017 there is very little processing at all, tracker is clear example, that those guys have been stuck for now for 5-6-7-8 months without much update.
