Hi,

Can someone tell me the process of finding out my VO and also how to order my GCMS notes. I read online that only a Canadian citizen or PR holder can order these. How long does the process take and do I have to pay anything?

no, there ws no option.. just country of residence

Guys, I still have an image of me choosing the Singapore VO. There was an option in the form to choose the nearest visa office or some option in the application form while filling it.
I think it was in the contact info section.
I am sure everybody has chosen it but it is so minute or a very small form that people don't pay attention to it.

I don't think so. CIC decides this and usually VO is local office nearby your location in your country.
I could be wrong though.

I received my AOR april 26th and the status says medical has been passed
I was then asked for canadian police clearance which i uploaded
My spouse was asked for canadian police clearance also after along with my pay stubs. We uploaded all the additional documents before the deadline.
We are still waiting for anything confirmation after that. how long does this take? is it taking longer because of the additional documents. 4 months into the process now..

Hi Everyone. I'm new to this site and would appreciate some feedback on my case. I'm AOR April 21. Additional docs were submitted over a month ago. So far medical, criminality passed. BG check still under review (NA2) and security yet to start. Also I noticed yesterday my additional docs went from 'under review' to 'uploaded' which makes me think that they have just noticed them! It's 1.5 months to the 6 month timeframe and my BG, security, PPR and final approval are yet to be completed. I'm getting worried my case may go over the 6 month timeframe, or worse be rejected after such a lengthy wait. Anyway, any feedback on my case would be appreciated. Thanks!
