Letter says. Primary office is cpc Ottawa. Letter actually dated 24th Aug. Our agent sent it only today.

Other early Aprilers, @prisai90 and others hang in there. Am sure everyone will get theirs soon.

So it is officially 150 days today with no progress on my application after 8th June. Expecting to receive the GCMS notes tomorrow and also sent an email to London VISA office. I hope this will help triggering the unnecessary hold up on my application ...

I am trying to call CIC on +16139444000 from India but i am not able to reach the agents to talk to. all it is going to computerized option selection and its never connects to any of the agents to talk to.
how can i talk to a person from CIC to ask about the status of my application. pls someone help!

Application status : We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility : We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results : You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents : The additional documents you uploaded are being reviewed.
Interview : You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics : We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check : We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision : Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Medical passed and RCMP request- May 1, 2017
RCMP uploaded - May 11, 2017
Since May 1st, 2017 my background check is stuck at " We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. " From what I know it never went to NA.

Is this IP1 or IP2? Anyone in the same situation?

Can I expect PPR soon? I am completing 6 months on october 8,2017
