May I please know when people can expect PPR email after application approved based on recent situations?

But when it comes to time for landing, book an appointment and go to a local office and going to the border, which one is better in your guys opinion please! Thank you in advance!

Apparently my status in the applications page changed to:
Additional documents : Additional documents you provided are being reviewed.

Can anyone provide insight why this happened after Passport has been received at CPC Ottawa and they confirmed today it's in printing room. Either is it just a glitch or an internal processing thing?

The title of the email is CPCO-final request.

The sender is IRCC.FinalRequest. it looks legitimate. Could anyone share more about your PPR email? Just want to make sure if it is really from them. Thank you.

My passport was delievered on July 10th.

according to the track record, the letter was delivered to VO on 26th July at 10:01 am
I didn't expect that stamping would take centuries like this
