What is GSM notes? This is a new term for me. Can somebody please explain.

I dont understand your question.

I will explain,lately candidates are recieving notes that are near the delivery date of their notes and not one month old,for example they will order notes from april and recieve it in may and find that the notes are updated till may a couple of days before their delivery

Yes , you are right. I have seen a few cases where people are mentioning that the GCMS notes they are receiving contain latest updates (close to date of notes delivery .)

Hello Friends, i got my AoR on 3rd April. Since then no update. However, today i have received an email stating i need to fill schedule A background history form and submit. My medicals are not updated yet. Can anyone help, what does this mean.

I am not very sure but I think you get that kind of a form if something is missing in your application.
