Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. Your best bet is to check your profile atleast once a day.

It will take 55 days to pass medical as per tracker if you are FSW. There is no point contacting CIC. Long way to go.

It's not even a month since your AOR, pal..

IRCC says it will complete an application in less than 6 months. However, at present, many applicants are getting their PR within 4 months. But, consider it as a bonus only.

Medical status would take almost 50 - 60 days to change. Till then, just sit back and relax. That's all you could do as of now.

Review of medical results has no change - You don not need a medical exam.
Can someone please advise if it is normal?

what intake streams have you seen the 4 month processing times for?
